　今日は親子レクという行事だった為、給食はつくし、ベビールームのみでした。なので食べやすいメニュー、卵入り炒り豆腐にしました。ダシの香りがとても良くご飯に合うメニューです。おやつはホットケーキです。ふんわりと焼き上がりました（＾＾）今日はお昼、おやつ共に未満児さんの分量です。

　豚肉のスタミナ焼きは豚肉を酒、醤油、生姜汁に漬けます。そして野菜とは別に炒めます。最後に炒めた野菜と合わせます。軽く和えてごま油で香りを付けて出来上がりです！！もちろん普通の野菜炒めのように一緒に炒めてもおいしく出来ますが、別に炒めるとお肉が柔らかく仕上がります♪おやつのチーズ餃子は外はパリッと中はとろりでおいしかったです（＾＾）

すみれさん（年少）は初めての体操教室で、ドキドキ♪ひまわりさん（年中）さくらさん（年長）も、久し振りの体操教室でワクワク♪楽しみにしていました。

昨年度に引き続き、今年度も北澤先生がご指導してくださいます。

今年度初めてと言うことで、北澤先生と『体操教室の５つのお約束』をしました。

①始まる前にトイレに行って来る

②あいさつや返事をしっかりする

③髪の毛をしばるゴムは、飾りが付いていないものにする

④服や上履きをしっかり履く

⑤具合が悪い時は、先生に言って休んでいる

の５つです。

体操教室の時だけでなく、日々の生活の中でも大切なことなので、よく覚えておいて欲しいと思います。

約束を守っていろんな事に挑戦し、楽しくのびのびと体を動かして楽しい時間を過ごせると良いですね！

　今日から新入園児さんは給食が始まります。保育園の給食に慣れてもらえるよう食べやすいメニューにしました。今日は麻婆豆腐です！初めての給食はどうだったかな（＾＾）？因みに月曜日はみんな大好きカレーです！！おやつは豆乳のパンナコッタでした。濃厚な味わいに苺ｿｰｽの酸味が加わりとてもおいしくいただけました。
