季節の変わり目にさしかかって、ベビールームとつくし組では、体調を崩したり発熱したりで欠席する子が多い中、一週間がスタートしました。初めて０、１歳児を担当して、乳幼児はこんなにも季節の変化（気温の激しい変化）に弱いのだと実感しています。 そんな中でも、毎日しっかりと食事が摂れている子どもは体調を崩すことなく、元気に過ごしていますし、なかなか食べない子は頻繁に発熱したりしています。もともと風邪をひきやすい体質ということもあるかもしれませんが、普段の生活から気を付けなければならないことは沢山あると思いました。 そういったことも含めて、普段の生活からきちんと食事をとったり睡眠がとれるよう、一人ひとりに合った対応をしていきたいと思います。
